POSITION OVERVIEW:

Mercury is seeking a skilled DAS Foreman safely and efficiently works in indoor and outdoor DAS environments installing coax and antennas. DAS Foreman performs all testing of DAS cable and equipment to ensure proper installation has been performed. The DAS Foreman are responsible for complete project oversight and of DAS Technicians I and II. The ideal candidate will be safety focused, customer and quality centric, with a strong work ethic and ALL IN attitude. 


ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  
  • Ability to meet all Roles and Responsibilities of a DAS Technician II
  • Project planning oversee DAS project sight from scheduling, budget management, team
  • management and material management.
  • Communicate with the customer manager on a daily or weekly basis
  • Providing daily and weekly project status updates to Mercury Leadership Team
  • Work with PM on creating and finalizing close out package for the Leadership Team
  • Meet with property owners when needed on the overall project
  • Communicate with onsite customer construction manager on a daily and weekly basis
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Organizational skills; ability to handle several projects concurrently
  • Expert knowledge of utilization of common small hand tools including but not limited to:
  • wrenches, drills, screw drivers
  • Able to lift over 50 pounds
WORK ENVIRONMENT: 
  • This position reports to the corporate headquarters to collect necessary supplies, located at 18777 US Highway 66 Pacific, MO 63069
  • Must be able to work in a variety of physical positions, like sitting, squatting, standing, walking and driving
  • Must endure regular exposure to all weather conditions, including hot, cold, humid, and rainy during all seasons throughout the year
  • May be exposed to uncomfortable or distracting sounds or noise levels on sites of projects being managed or coordinated
  • Must wear common protective safety equipment, such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hard hats and high visible vest when working on-site
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: 
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the position/career field associated with a DAS
  • Foreman. 
  • Construction industry experience a plus 
  • All certifications of a DAS Technician I and II
  • OSHA 30 Certification
  • First Aid/CPR Certification
