  • Assist in onboarding of new subcontractors
  • Support the Risk Management Team  
  • Communicate with all members of the Risk Management team for daily task
  • Data and information collection and data entry  
  • Conduct PPE Hazard Assessments  
  • Be able to provide an update on all assigned task  
  • Attend department meetings  
  • Responsible for the completion of any assigned tasks and projects  
  • Learn and strictly adhere to the safety culture and policies  
  • Support ADB’s mission, vision, and values.

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) 
  • Proficient in Accounting Software (Timberline a plus)   
  • This position operates in a professional office environment located out of ADB headquarters
  • This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, projectors, copy/fax, and smartphones
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited university.
