ADB is seeking a motivated and passionate Intern to support the Recruit team in day to day functions of the department. Gain real world experience in recruiting, employee relations, employment law, policies and procedures, culture intiatives by working along side a passionate and knowledgeable Recruiting team.

  • Post new job openings by following our strategic sourcing model 
  • Assist with screening resumes and applications
  • Schedule interviews with executive team and hiring managers
  • Assist in creating packets, documents and training materials 
  • Run reports and analyze data regarding turnover, retention, hiring, demographics, etc. 
  • Conducts pre qualification interviews with candidates 
  • Complete Pre-Employment screenings; drug testing, background checks, reference checks
  • Contact applicants with status updates
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) 
  • This position operates out of corporate headquarters in an office environment, located at 18777 US Highway 66 Pacific, MO 63069
  • This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, projectors, copy/fax, and smartphones 
  • Human Resource Management or Business major
  • Minimum of 3.0 GPA
  • Experience in an office environment preferred
