ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Tower Foreman will oversee the Tower Technicians I, II and III that are assigned to them.
  • Ability to meet all Roles and Responsibilities of a Tower Technician I, II, III
  • Project planning
  • Pre-Project planning
  • Scheduling
  • Daily status updates to management team
  • Responsible for keeping Tower Technician I, II, III time for payroll
  • Post project complete responsibilities
  • Meet with property owners when needed
  • Verify installation has been done properly before leaving the project.  Required photos must be sent to the assigned Field Construction Manager for approval before leaving the site.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Work Environment:
  • Must be able to work in a variety of physical positions, including climbing, sitting, standing, walking, hands over head and reach out.
  • May be required to work day, evening or night hours, overtime, weekends and out-of-town assignments
  • May be required to travel in multiple states throughout the U.S. with or without notice to meet project deadlines. Must be able to stay deployed for the duration of the job
  • Regular exposure to all weather conditions, especially hot, humid and/or rainy spring, summer and fall weather, combined with regular work time indoors in environmentally controlled conditions
  • Assume responsibility for work outcomes and results of other workers
  • May be exposed to uncomfortable or distracting sounds or noise levels on sites of projects being managed or coordinated
  • May be exposed to common allergens on a regular basis including, but not limited to; grass, trees, hay, straw, etc.

Experience and Education:
  • All certifications of a Tower Technician I, II, II and an OSHA 30
