JOB OVERVIEW:

Inspired Solutions, Inc. is rapidly growing and looking to add an experienced and motivated Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join the team. This position will quickly and accurately respond to customer requirements and requests including, but not limited to, quotes, order processing/tracking, product information, etc. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a background in sales, is self- motivated, and driven to be a key player in future Inspired Solutions growth. 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Face to Face meetings with customers and vendors as needed
  • Establish new relationships with potential vendors/partners and maintain existing customer relationships 
  • Respond swiftly and courteously to customer complaints or inquiries
  • Proactively build and maintain a strong working knowledge of assigned accounts, strategic OEM products, and services 
  • In-depth knowledge and use of Inspired Solutions and ADB tools, processes and partner facing applications to build and validate quoting and ordering
  • Quote, place, and track material orders from shipment until delivery for Inspired customers
  • Working knowledge of Direct and Indirect sources of supply and associated quote and order processes
  • Proactively leverage product promotions and rebate incentives for our customers
  • Working knowledge of partner/OEM registration process
  • Ability to recognize an opportunity to up-sell or attach services
  • Proactively provide detailed quote and order management reports unique to Inspired Solutions to key leaders
  • Assist, mentor, and onboard new inside sales team members.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
  • This position operates out of Inspired office located at: 18777 US Highway 66 Pacific, MO 63069. 

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
  • 2+ years sales support experience or inside sales experience required 
  • IT and Construction sales experience a plus 
  • BA in Business or other related field preferred 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
